General / Disciplinary Rules

  1. In dealing with any breach of discipline, infrigement of any of the rules and regulations, the concerned authorrities of the instututions may take disciplinary action deemed appropriate including fine, suspension, rustication or expulsion.
  2. Students are to observe discpline while in the college and hospital premises during or after the college hours.
  3. Students found indulging in acts such as loitering, making noise,sitting on stairs or places other than allocated areas, wall chalking, putting posters in unauthorized areas or any other acts deemed unbecoming by college authorirites shall be liable to appropriate disciplinary action.
  4. Students will not bring any outsider to the School/College except Parents/Guardians who under exceptional circumstances can visit the administration. They will be issued temporary ID cards and will be permitted only in the designated area.
  5. Any student breaking or damaging any College or Hospital property shall be required to pay the cost or repair or Replacement; in case of willful damage appropriate disciplinary action will also be taken.
  6. No student in the College shall be permitted to have any connection with a private dispensary or a consulting room to pose or work as medical Practitioner.
  7. Student are strictly prohibited to keep rearms and other weapons in their rooms or on their person. The Possession/Use of Narcotics is strictly prohibited. Anyone found in possession of or using Narcotics rearms or any other weapon of assault will be expelled from the College immediately, In case of suspician any room or person can be searched without proir notice.
  8. Students must keep the working arears tidy.
  9. Safety measures for handling acid or other injurious substances etc are to be strictly followed.
  10. All accidents have to be reported to the authorities immediately.
  11. The College, Hostels and Hospital premises are No-Smoking areas.
  12. All irregularities, negligence of duties, breach of discipline and actions takens take are to be brought to the notice of the Principal/Director be the Teacher.
  13. Any complaint(s) be students will be examined by concerned head of department.
  14. Any student desirous of communicating with the Principal / Director for any matter may do so by making a formal request through the Student Assistance Office.
  15. Joint representations by students are entirely prohibited and will not be entertained.
  16. The authority may expel a student at any time if it is not satisfied with his/her health, conduct or character.
  17. Parents/Guardian are expected to Co-Operate with the authorities of the College by prevailing upon their children/wards not to take any part in anti-institutional activities.
  18. It is desirable for students to engage themselves to reasonable extend in wholesome co-curricular activities such as authorized sports and literary pursuits during leisure time.
  19. No unauthorized game is to be played in the College of Hospital premises at any time.
  20. Any student of the College who indugles in political activities or other unbecoming acts of a student will be liable to appropriate disciplinary action.
  21. No person shall be invited to address a meeting or society in the College premises without prior permission of the Principal/Director. In all cases, the chair shall be occupoed by responsible person approved for all purpose by the Principal/Director. The subject of debate/address shall be fixed after obraining the approval of the Principal/Director in advance.
  22. No student shall address a press conference, nor write to the press on political or related subject or matters concerned directly with the administration of the College, Universiry or any Government or Educational Institution in Pakistan or abroad. No poster or Banner shall be put up without the approval of the Principal/Director.
  23. No society may be set up be the student or any meeting held in the College Premises without the written Permission of the Principal/Director.
  24. No society may be set up by the student or any meeting held in the College Premises without the Permission of the Principal/Director.

Examination Rules

Both the summative and formative evaluation of student's performance is part of the learning process, and is carried our step by step to determine whether the curricular objectives have been achieved or not. The Grade Point Average (GPA) calculation sustem is followed in the tests and final examination.

  1. Regarding Examination all the necessary information is given to the students prior to exam.
  2. If a student arrives within the first half time in internal exam, he/she will be admitted but will not be allowed any extra time.
  3. Similarly if a student fails to attend midterm exam, He/She should immediately provide a written explanation with evidence.
  4. Students must reach the examination hall at least ten minutes before the scheduled time. Students arriving late in examination shall not be given additional time to complete their examination. Once student enter the examination hall, any kind of discussion, gesturing, eating etc. are strictly prohibited.
  5. Students are not allowed to bring mobile phone and any other unauthorized electronic gadgets and devices in the examonation hall. Possession of any such gadget or equipment could lead to a claim of unfair means and the confiscation of the gadget.
  6. Students must bring their admit cards and student ID cards to the examination hall.
  7. Lending. Borrowing of Pen, Pencil, Ruler, Calculatory or any other similar item is not allowed.
  8. Students cannot leave the examination hall without prior permission of the invigilator.
  9. Any student using abusive or obscene language or found misbehaving with the invigilator or any other person in the examination hall with be dealt with under disciplinary rules.
  10. Students must not forget to mark their attendance on the attendance sheet during the examonation. In case the name is not listed, it should be reported to the invigilator immediately.
